- Flower packages can be cancelled or changed for a full refund up to 72 hours before sailing; Virgin states it does not accept cancellations after that.
- Virgin's onboard policies say Sailors are not permitted to bring potted or fresh-cut flowers on board, so a hotel-delivered bouquet cannot be carried onto a Virgin ship.
- Virgin asks that add-on items such as flowers be declared to customs and agriculture officials if brought off the ship.
