Which of the three paths works here
Cruise line pre-order
1 line sailing from Cape Liberty Cruise Port runs a published flower desk. This is the most reliable way to get flowers into the cabin. The deadlines are below and they are earlier than most people expect. One further line stays listed as a gift desk with flowers unverified.
Pre-cruise hotel drop
Works when the guest is staying in Jersey City, Newark, or Bayonne. Three shops name Newark Airport hotels and post a cutoff: Washington Florist (Holiday Inn, before 2:00 PM), Flowers in Bloom (Holiday Inn and SpringHill Suites, before 5:00 PM), and Springfield Floral Design (Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, SpringHill Suites, Renaissance; orders by noon). None of them is Cape Liberty Cruise Port. Hudson and Hoboken shops with a clock and no hotel stay off this page. A Midtown florist is the wrong side of the water.
Terminal and pier delivery
The Bayonne facility is a former military ocean terminal with correspondingly serious access control. Royal Caribbean publishes English driving directions to that address. A florist who can find Route 440 has not shown a pier process we could check.
This is a real option here, and the one to take the most care with. Deliveries onto a ship go through the vessel's agent and suppliers who hold port credentials. Some florists can arrange that. More advertise it than can actually do it. Before you rely on it, ask three questions and expect clear answers to all three: have they delivered to this specific terminal before, who signs for it at the other end, and can they get it there several hours before departure rather than close to sailing time. A vague answer to any of them means you should use one of the other two paths.

Terminal assignments change between seasons and between ships on the same line. Confirm against the booking before you rely on one.
Where the pre-cruise hotels are
A hotel drop only works if you send to the building the passenger is actually sleeping in. These are the clusters that matter at this port.
Bayonne and Jersey City
The right side of the harbour for this berth. We have not yet listed a shop that names one of these hotels and posts a cutoff.
Newark Airport
Chosen for an early flight. Washington Florist, Flowers in Bloom, and Springfield Floral Design name Holiday Inn Newark International Airport — Springfield also names Crowne Plaza, SpringHill Suites, and Renaissance — and each posts a same-day clock. Still a different delivery zone from Midtown Manhattan, and still not the Bayonne terminal.
Manhattan
The usual mistake. A Midtown florist is the wrong side of the water for a Cape Liberty sailing. Use the New York page for Manhattan and Brooklyn terminals.

If the ship has already sailed
A Jersey City hotel desk will not forward flowers onto a ship that has cleared the Kill Van Kull. A Manhattan florist will not rescue a late Bayonne order. If you have missed it, send to the home address for their return.
