How to Send Flowers to a Cruise Cabin at PortMiami
PortMiami sits on Dodge Island, reached by one bridge and one tunnel, with the city immediately across the water. That closeness is exactly what misleads people. You can see the ships from a Brickell balcony and still have no lawful way to hand a bouquet to the person boarding one.

Which of the three paths works here
Cruise line pre-order
7 lines sailing from PortMiami run their own gift desk with a published ordering deadline. This is the only route that puts flowers in the cabin. The deadlines are below and they are earlier than most people expect.
Pre-cruise hotel drop
The strongest fallback at this port, because the hotel districts are dense, close and used heavily by embarking passengers. It requires a real guest name, a named hotel and a date, and it only works if the guest is actually staying the night before. Send it to the hotel the night before, not the morning of.
Terminal and pier delivery
Dodge Island is a secured federal facility with seven terminal complexes. Access on a turnaround day is controlled, credentialed and busy. A retail florist cannot drive onto the island and deliver to a guest, and a florist who tells you otherwise is describing a delivery to a freight gate, not to a person.

One listing per line, carrying that line's own published wording. Where a line contradicts itself, the listing prints both statements rather than choosing between them.

Where the pre-cruise hotels are
A hotel drop only works if you send to the building the guest is actually sleeping in. These are the clusters that matter at this port.
Downtown and Brickell
The closest cluster to the terminals and the one most embarking passengers book. A courier crossing from Brickell to a downtown hotel is a short, predictable run, which is what makes a hotel drop work here.
Miami Beach
Popular with passengers who want a night on the beach first, and separated from the port by a causeway. Traffic on the MacArthur and Julia Tuttle is the risk, not distance.
Airport and Doral
Chosen for early flights rather than for the view. Fine for a hotel drop, well away from everything else.
No florist listed for this port yet
We have not yet found a florist serving Miami whose own published material names the hotels used by embarking passengers or documents a cruise delivery process. Until one clears that bar it does not go on this page. Most search results for florists near a cruise port are national order-gathering sites that pass the order to whoever will take it, which is exactly the arrangement that fails on a sailing morning.
If the ship has already sailed
Once the ship sails there is no catching it from Miami. The cruise line gift desk will not deliver to the next port on your behalf, and flowers cannot be landed in a foreign port as a private delivery without an importer. If you have missed the sailing, the honest answer is to send to the home address for the return, or wait for the next cruise. Money already paid to a florist for a pier delivery is generally not refundable once the driver has been dispatched.
