How to Send Flowers to a Cruise Ship at the Port of Palm Beach
Palm Beach cruise embarkation is at the Port of Palm Beach, a working cargo port, not at a Clematis Street hotel and not at The Breakers. A florist who lists Palm Beach has not named the berth.

Volume figures count passenger movements, which include people getting off as well as getting on. They indicate how busy a port is, not how many cabins sail from it.
Which of the three paths works here
Cruise line pre-order
We have not yet confirmed a cruise line gift desk for sailings from Port of Palm Beach. That does not mean none exists. It means no line we cover publishes one for this port in material we could read and quote, so we are not going to tell you there is one. Check your booking confirmation first, then use the hotel drop below.
Pre-cruise hotel drop
The path that works here. Downtown West Palm Beach and the island hotels are where passengers stay. Three shops name those hotels and post a clock: Love's, Camiles, and Belden's. None of them is the port.
Terminal and pier delivery
The Port of Palm Beach is a cargo facility with cruise traffic on the side. We have not opened a florist page that names that terminal or a receiving desk.
This is a real option here, and the one to take the most care with. Deliveries onto a ship go through the vessel's agent and suppliers who hold port credentials. Some florists can arrange that. More advertise it than can actually do it. Before you rely on it, ask three questions and expect clear answers to all three: have they delivered to this specific terminal before, who signs for it at the other end, and can they get it there several hours before departure rather than close to sailing time. A vague answer to any of them means you should use one of the other two paths.
Terminals
| Terminal | Address | Generally serves |
|---|---|---|
| Port of Palm Beach | Riviera Beach | Cargo operations and limited cruise traffic |
Terminal assignments change between seasons and between ships on the same line. Confirm against the booking before you rely on one.
Where the pre-cruise hotels are
A hotel drop only works if you send to the building the passenger is actually sleeping in. These are the clusters that matter at this port.
Downtown West Palm Beach
Canopy, The Ben, West Palm Beach Marriott, Delta, Holiday Inn Express Metrocentre. The usual overnight for an early sailing.
Palm Beach island
The Colony, Four Seasons, Eau, Brazilian Court, Tideline. A different delivery zone from downtown, across the Intracoastal.
Singer Island
Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island. Further north, still a hotel drop, not the cargo docks.

If the ship has already sailed
A downtown hotel will not forward flowers to a ship that has cleared the inlet. If you have missed the sailing, send to the home address for their return.
