Cruise line pre-order

Pre-cruise hotel drop
Workable, but only if you know which end of the county they are sleeping in. Ask before you order. A Cocoa Beach florist sending to an International Drive hotel in Orlando is an hour each way and will usually decline or surcharge it. Confirm the hotel name and the night, then match the florist to that city rather than to the port.
Terminal and pier delivery
Six terminals on Charles Rowland Drive inside a secured port authority facility. Turnaround days move enormous volumes through a small footprint.
This is a real option here, and the one to take the most care with. Deliveries onto a ship go through the vessel's agent and suppliers who hold port credentials. Some florists can arrange that. More advertise it than can actually do it. Before you rely on it, ask three questions and expect clear answers to all three: have they delivered to this specific terminal before, who signs for it at the other end, and can they get it there several hours before departure rather than close to sailing time. A hotel drop only works if you send to the building the passenger is actually sleeping in. These are the clusters that matter at this port.
Cocoa Beach
The closest real hotel cluster to the terminals, about fifteen minutes away. If the passenger is staying local the night before, this is usually where.
Cape Canaveral and Merritt Island
Port-adjacent chain hotels built for cruise passengers and park-and-cruise packages. Unglamorous and very close.
Orlando and the airport corridor
An hour inland, and the reason this port needs its own warning. A great many Port Canaveral passengers overnight in Orlando, not at the coast, and a delivery aimed at the coast will miss them entirely.
