How to Send Flowers to a Cruise Cabin at the Port of Seattle
Seattle is the most walkable cruise port on this list and also the most seasonal. Alaska sailings run a compressed summer season, which means turnaround days are concentrated and floral demand at the terminals spikes hard on the same weekday every week. The two terminals are four miles apart and serve completely different lines, so confirm which one before you assume anything.

Volume figures count passenger movements, which include people getting off as well as getting on. They indicate how busy a port is, not how many cabins sail from it.
Which of the three paths works here
Cruise line pre-order
7 lines sailing from Port of Seattle run their own gift desk with a published ordering deadline. This is the only route that puts flowers in the cabin. The deadlines are below and they are earlier than most people expect.
Pre-cruise hotel drop
Very workable, because the pre-cruise hotel stock is downtown and downtown is where the florists are. The catch is which terminal, not which hotel: a passenger on Norwegian at Pier 66 and a passenger on Princess at Pier 91 may be staying in the same building. Send to the hotel, not to a pier, and this is easy.
Terminal and pier delivery
Two separate secured facilities, Pier 66 downtown and Pier 91 at Smith Cove. Both are Port of Seattle operations with controlled access. Neither takes retail deliveries for passengers.
Cruise line gift desks at Port of Seattle
One listing per line, carrying that line's own published wording. Where a line contradicts itself, the listing prints both statements rather than choosing between them.
- Carnival Cruise Line: The Fun Shops at Port of Seattle
Published cutoff: Flower orders can be purchased up to 11:59pm ET, 5 business days prior to the cruise departure date
- Holland America Line: Ship Services Department at Port of Seattle
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
- Royal Caribbean International: Royal Gifts at Port of Seattle
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
- Celebrity Cruises: The Celebrity Store at Port of Seattle
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
- Cunard Line: Gifts on board at Port of Seattle
Published cutoff: You will need to place your order at least four days before the voyage departs by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8641 and giving the recipient's full name and date of birth.
- Norwegian Cruise Line: Gifts and More at Port of Seattle
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
- Princess Cruises: Cruise Gifts and Services at Port of Seattle
Publishes two deadlines that disagree. Both are printed on the listing.
Terminals
| Terminal | Address | Generally serves |

Terminal assignments change between seasons and between ships on the same line. Confirm against the booking before you rely on one.
Where the pre-cruise hotels are
A hotel drop only works if you send to the building the guest is actually sleeping in. These are the clusters that matter at this port.
Downtown and the waterfront
Pier 66 sits on the downtown waterfront, so a hotel within walking distance of the terminal is genuinely normal here rather than a lucky accident.
Belltown and Queen Anne
Between the two terminals and close to both. Queen Anne is the nearer side for Pier 91.
SeaTac airport corridor
Thirty to forty minutes out. Common for passengers flying in the night before an early Alaska departure.
No florist listed for this port yet
We have not yet found a florist serving Seattle whose own published material names the hotels used by embarking passengers or documents a cruise delivery process. Until one clears that bar it does not go on this page. Most search results for florists near a cruise port are national order-gathering sites that pass the order to whoever will take it, which is exactly the arrangement that fails on a sailing morning.
If the ship has already sailed
An Alaska sailing that has left Seattle is gone for a week. Holland America and Princess both run heavy Alaska programs here and neither forwards gifts to Juneau or Ketchikan on a passenger request. If you have missed it, send to the home address for their return instead.
